Booking & Payment
All reservations require a 50% deposit at the time of booking to secure your spot on our expeditions. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to departure to ensure full operational readiness for our guides and gear.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change. To ensure our guides and gear are available for others, we require a 50% cancellation fee if you cancel within 30 days of your departure date. Cancellations made after 30 days are fully refundable.
Liability & Waiver
By participating in our expeditions, you acknowledge that adventure inherently carries risk. A liability waiver must be signed before departure to protect both our guides and our guests. Please review the full waiver document provided.
Weather & Trip Cancellations
Due to the unpredictable nature of the mountains and forests, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any expedition if weather conditions become unsafe. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a full refund.
